Following the didactic presentation at each session, the group will review 1 case brought to the session by a community participant. Cases will be perinatal mental health and/or substance use focused, and the clinical questions can be simple or very complex. We encourage all participants to submit a case, as it further enriches the content of the series.
To submit a case, please fill out the case submission form. Please do not include any Protected Health Information (PHI) on your form. You are not required to complete parts of the form that are not relevant to your case.
